HSE & Internal Control

Any business - from sole proprietorships to corporations - is required to conduct a systematic health, safety and environment work, in short; internal control. This involves, among other things, knowing what laws and regulations the business is covered by, the risks of adverse events that exist and having a system of deviations and measures that ensure improvement and prevent deviations from repeating themselves.

As the head of a business, the responsibility for a fully operational IK system that works as intended can never be delegated away, but tasks can be allocated. At the same time, there is often a need for help to get started well with the preventive safety work and put in place routines and documentation. Moreover, the need for a change in both culture and structure is often quickly reported and is absolutely necessary, and - not least - it takes time! Assistance and follow-up over time is therefore something we focus on and want to contribute to - until the business is self-propelled and we can switch off without adversely affecting IK work or losing the necessary focus ...
